Just an observation how the word " haters" has come into everyday life and is usually used wayyy out of context' if someone says on football forums that so and so had a bad game they're haters' ie' "wheres all the Cosgrove haters this week" and on social media if someone gets critisized for what ever reason the response is " take no notice of the haters". strange because i'm sure hate never actually comes into it..

In terms of football, It may well be overused and used out of context, but there are haters out there. I’ve heard it myself and even read it. These people are incapable of either not rating a certain player or just admitting they’re going through a bad spell without resorting to hate as well.

Just the opposite of happy clapper. That gets branded about like no tomorrow if you don't instantly want the board to bugger off.

Hate is definitely an overused word. And I very rarely take it seriously. I personally when asked which club I hate most, Say leeds. I have many leeds fans mates. Who i respect. But it's more a hatred of the media who spend so much time on leeds utd as the be all and end all in Yorkshire. I'm sure our other Yorkshire clubs fans think same. Including the Sheffield clubs.
True hate I reserve for those who take advantage of anyone.
    Scammers. Hate the fekkers.
Right wing tories. Boris et al. Hate the fekkers. They have little if any redeeming qualities.
Putin and Trump. Hate the fekkers.
I'm sure there are a few more.

Saying "Happy clappers" is just opposite to saying "haters" or "haters will hate"

    Usually kids

Progressive language, meanings change all the time. Generationally we get further away from slang the older we get.

The back to the future scene is probably very apt when Doc says "There's that word again. "Heavy." Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the Earth's gravitational pull?"

Wait till you guys learn about skibidi.
