    I agree with you that it changed the course of our season, but the big impact came from the enforced break, rather than lack of fans on the return. It gave them a chance to reset from the downward spiral they were in prior to Covid.

    If I recall correctly, the first game back was away at QPR, where we hadn't won in forever. Struber experimented with the line-up, and brought in a few youngsters, which raised a few eyebrows when the team was announced. We won 1-0 and that kick-started enough of a recovery to get us above the line in ultra-dramatic fashion at Brentford.
