I personally would extend another week. And if little or no uptake of newbies has happened. Give them the opportunity to purchase at same prices as the rest of us. I personally wouldn't have brought it in as a reward. They've been increased anyway. Which imo defeats the object. (Not arguing the increases btw. As I think they have been fair for a number of years). Although I'm guessing lots are happy with it.
Lots of newbies coming on to the scene may not have been able to afford or it may not have been practical before.

The way Clarke spoke of our recruitment I think signings are imminent....I am expecting a couple to be announced before this time next week.

After yesterday's appointment I believe the club should go all out and extend the early bird to the end of the summer transfer window so the people who haven't renewed in the early bird or the extended early bird can be really really really really really sure they want to support the team

I don't. If they do another extention it's not really an early bird. Club need funds now to fund bringing players in. Fans have had plenty of time to decide if they want to renew.
