They have 12 players loaned out, the majority due to financial fair play reasons who will have to be either loaned out again or sold at at loss. Rodon Roberts and Antony returning to parent clubs and Cooper Byram and Shackleton out of contract. They will definitely have to sell this summer.
Not wishing to be negative towards the promoted teams but I can see it being a little like this year with all three being way off the required standard. Leicester look like they will really struggle to recruit and are losing their manager. Ipswich have been so impressive but really strike me as a team that will struggle to step up without heavy strengthening and Southampton just do not look like side with enough quality to survive, especially at the back. In fact, I was reading earlier about a couple of their own fans saying that they were already dreading next season! Leeds bottled it, their 'star' players didn't turn up when it mattered, a bit like last season, so fair play to Southampton. I can't help but feel that Leeds going up would have been far more interesting however.
I think Brentford and Nottingham Forest may well struggle again, and Leicester (managerial appointment depending) and Ipswich might well replace them. Can only see relegation pending for Southampton.
