I’d love to see them go far but they’re in a tough group & unfortunately I see them finishing bottom albeit I don’t think they’ll disgrace themselves & will be competitive in all three games. Losing a few key players just before the tournament is a nightmare too

yeah, there are some racist people in Germany, therefore all German football fans must be racist, better they get knocked out ASAP. Seems logical.

Bad positional play from the English saw the Scots overrun them.

Not particularly confident about tonight but I will be out supporting the boys in a local hostelry regardless. Last year it looked good but a combination of Nagelsmann taking over, Kroos coming out of retirement and Scotlands poor recent form is making me fear the worst. Having said that, I can see us putting in a decent performance only to lose late on to a cheeky deflection off John McGinn's backside. Regardless of the result, we'll still be boogie-ing later on - no Scotland, no party

No way Scotland will score five, I’m going for the more conservative score of 1-1

Nice one mate. I’m very unsure. Can’t imagine Scotland winning and we might have a shocker.
Maybe who scores first will have a huge bearing on the result.
As long as we put in a good performance and hopefully that will set us up for the next two games.
    All my fingers are crossed

    All 12 of them? :D:D:D

I hope Scotland get 3. Would be a great start to the competition.

Good luck to Scotland tonight, injuries have hampered their squad but you just never know, if they can grab the first goal it will ramp up the pressure

Will support Scotland. I've not followed international football that closely, so I'm not tipping any team in the tournament TBH, but the Germans will be there or thereabouts I guess. tHe opening game is often a draw, so 5/1 looks good odds, if I were a betting man. I'm not, probably the only vice I don't have TBH.

I've watched every World Cup and Euros since 1990, but for the first time ever, I'm just not at all excited about this year's tournament. I'm still planning to watch the games, but I find it hard to believe that the first match is kicking off in an hour. Perhaps it's an age thing - with two little kids in the family I must have watched more episodes of Peppa Pig than football matches during the last couple of years. Maybe I'll be hooked again when the game starts. :)

As for tonight's game, I hope that Scotland wins. Not that I have anything against Germany, but I'm (almost) always rooting for the underdogs.
