Happy Birthday Keith, 93 today. Still fit as a 'lop' and sharp as a tack. Him and fellow Yorkshireman, Bill Nicholson the best two managers Tottenham have had.

That takes me back. Keith is the uncle of an old mate of mine and went to stay with him at his home in Jesmond Dene when up for a family gathering. We took in the 1st team match v Liverpool and a reserve match in midweek. Happy days.

Sorry you're quite right I got it wrong he's 89. I was talking to him earlier today to invite him up. His sister June and her husband both died and we're having a family get together to scatter their ashes near Higham.

Keith’s best friend growing up in Higham was Arthur Kaye. They both played for Barnsley Boys but not in the same team. Their hero as kids was Norman Rimmington who at the time was playing for Barugh Green.
