    Yep, like I said in another post I ring my g.p 8am I'm between 10 and 25 in a queue. A and e waiting times ridiculous. Not to mention loads more problems. Suppose covid hasn't helped and growing population not investing in infestructure. Do I think labour get in everything changes and we all live happily ever after? No I remember the last Labour government.

    Of all the things to prod at Labour with, GP and Hospital Waiting Lists really aren't the point to go for. Labour reduced the Waiting Lists they inherited from the Conservatives when Blair was elected in 1997. We've then seen figures absolutely take off since 2010 when the Blues took charge again - dramatically so over the past two years.

    If you're concerned about this point specifically, then you really ought to be voting Labour.

    Waiting list for consultant led elective care (what is most commonly referred to as "the waiting list") when the Tories took control in May 2010 was 2.6million. In February 2020 just before COVID started it was sitting at 4.57million. In April this year it was 7.57m.

    So I'm glad you remember that under labour it was less than a third of what it is now

    Reform is just a way for Nigel Farage to hold the Tories hostage until he is installed as the leader of a single right wing opposition party. He doesn't give a **** about how Reform does so long as he wins a seat. All that matters is that Reform takes enough right wing votes to ensure a crushing Labour victory.

    Farage can then point out that the Tories can wait for him to do the same thing in 5 years and prolong their stay in the electoral wilderness, or they can merge into a single party with him as leader.
