Has the ref ever explained why he didn't send Koeman off?

I would imagine it's difficult to track him down at his beach house in the Cayman Islands!

One of the worst decisions ever by a ref

Fairly sure (but not 100% without checking) that I’ve never seen us play Holland at a major tournament so no memories for me.

Should be an interesting game, but certainly not one to fear.

Definitely! I was 4 at the time so not sure if I was watching. With how we’ve played so far this tournament, I’d snatch your hands off for a simple 1-0!

I saw England lose 2-0 at Wembley in 1977, Johan Cruyff ran us ragged.
