    I can attest to the fact that Ian invited me and my (now) wife Anne into his house to watch England at the last Euros in 2021 (England won 2-0 against Germany) and he didn't support Germany - he didn't support England of course, but didn't spit his dummy out either. A commendable show of discipline....
