I can't see it - but hope so.

France have been dour - far worse than us. If there's any justice Spain will turn them over.

But I fear a late France winner. Someone will head a corner in.

Edit: Just backed France to win and Saliba any time at 28/1.

In a selfish way, for if we want to be in the Final ourselves.. would France be easier to beat in it, than Spain.

Hoping for a French win because if we manage to edge past Holland tomorrow, I reckon we can give them a reasonable game. I fear the Spanish would cut us open too easily and we don't have the goals to out score them.

I'm struggling here. Portuguese folk have been great with us, but they don't like Spain (think Iberian Scots).
There is more of a smattering of French fans around. Staff will be supporting French, to keep the Fr*** sweet. But I don't like the French.
Viva Espana I guess, but I'll have to gauge opinion when it starts.
Meanwhile, another round of 3 for 2 cocktails beckons.

Not forgiven the French for being so God damn miserable in 2018 when they won the WC and we were here in the same resort. Cheers galore when they scored but then fecked off home as though they'd been knocked out in the group stages at full time (sorry Ian).

Same place again when Portugal won Euros in 2016 (?) when we had just arrived. One of the best post match atmospheres (for many hours) I have ever known at any football match anywhere. Up there with Newport at home, 1981

Surprised all the pundits have gone for France. I think Spain have been the best team of the tournament by far. I think they’ll have too much for France.

    I fancy France narrowly.

Spain have been the best team in the tournament & fully deserve to win it however they’re without Carvajal & Pedri & I quite fancy Mbappe against a 39 year old Jesus Navas.

The French are also very hard to create chances against.

Pleased to see France playing in white. Don't know how I would have coped with the colour clash between their blue shirts and Spain's red.

Why is Cucurella being booed so loudly every time he gets the ball?

By the German fans because of his handball in the previous round, like he is to blame for the ref not giving it. They are blaming him for them going out.

I wondered so had to look.
