Is this team not good enough to challenged added Craig to starting line up

Previous 2 seasons carried players from a championship team, especially the 1st season

 

I’m not suggesting that we will go out and get better replacements.

Just a play on words to show that in my opinion we are at our weakest since being relegated.

You have a strike force that hasn't scored more than 10 goals between them and nothing on the bench to come on and change a game...... A goalkeeper that is completely unknown and may not even be up to a number 1....... A right wing back playing out of position on the left....... The midfield looks ok, but Connell has been nowhere near his early standards.

 

That side would be nowhere good enough can see many weaknesses in it.

 

I haven't said it before, but I also think we won't start the season with the OP's team.

 

You can’t play a quick pressing style with that side.

Two wing backs that are very questionable defensively.

I think it’s either or with Pines & Roberts. I’d be surprised to see both in the same defence often.

A lack of pace & power throughout the side & I also don’t think Jalo’s up to been a regular starter either.

 

Me neither, bud. I think it'll be improved. Unfortunately, we are competiting against sides in the same division who spend 3/4x the budget we do.

 

I bet Clarke is wishing he,d never taken the job ,cos we sure are not going to challenge with that squad of players,let’s hope that things change over the coming days although I,m not holding my breath.

I haven't said we can't compete - people who are losing their heads on twitter seemingly are those who don't think we can. I've just acknowledged the spot we are in. So any top-of-the-notch players we will be after, will also be on Birmingham & co's record who can offer so much more money. I'm just not losing my head over it.

I find it funny how many people slagged our former players off in Kane, Cole & Williams especially and couldn't wait to get rid, now they're the same people saying we've ****** it

I just don't think we are in such a state as many think mate, personally. I think we will add players, I wish we could have done it earlier, but as I say, I don't know what happens behind the scenes, I can only imagine the work put into it.

 

I suggest you get re educating yourself and pull yourself out of the clubs arse.
