If the stumbling block genuinely has been waiting for Premier League teams releasing younger players, and we're in the market for a few, then we should see some movement now, surely. I'd be happy with a midfielder this week, a resolution to the Longelo saga, and at least news that we've gone back in for Davis Keillor-Dunn.
Love to read he has a plan B, by saying he likes to have the adaptability for a 4-4-2. I have been thinking for the last two seasons that when Plan A doesn’t work we struggle to adjust to any Plan B.
Keillor Dunn has gone to Portugal with Mansfield so not a deal I see happening anytime soon if it’s to happen
Anti-tourist demonstrations will stop them from being there too long. Like in Barcelona the water pistols might get turned on them
I’m hoping this week will be our actual “busy week”. That quote might end up like “2 weeks” and “big news”.
Does anyone have an idea how close Wolfe and Benson are? If those two can get fit and play a decent amount of games this season our midfield options look very different.
