    They were great days.

    I can remember him doing work on an exercise bike in the dug out during a pre-season game.

    Jim O’Brien gave an interview a few years back saying how none of the lads could work out why he wasn’t losing weight as he was doing loads of fitness work but then he saw inside his car & it was just full of fast food rubbish. Apparently he was commuting from Middlesbrough each day & not taking his diet very seriously
