Loads of clubs have coaches that work on specific parts of the game, I don't see our coaching team as bloated, probably still small comparatively.
I'd have thought that Conor would be responsible for set pieces. He will certainly be involved when he's on the pitch.
We've two senior outfield coaches, a goalkeeping coach, an assistant manager, and a part-time skills coach - probably set pieces. Not what I'd call excessive.
He was at school at Abingdon with Jr. Didcot Reds 1 & 2. He was in the year between the elder and younger brothers.
Would think in reality Stead will focus on the tactics of a set piece and Conor will focus on developing players how to kick it
