The mother’s complaint is that she only really wants a Mercedes GLE and that nothing else will do and that they cannot be purchased for £51,000.

They all come out of it looking like utter childish tools, including the current Mrs Walker for sticking with him.

Whilst I'm sure we all agree he can afford it, I'm stunned that anyone deems the figures "reasonable". He's currently paid £48k on fitted wardrobes, £52k on blind and curtains. Based on a house that has a budget of £1.8million. Always feels off to me, sure pay for your kids, but paying and further funding the lifestyle of the mother because she doesnt work is daft for me.

Have you read the whole judgement? The judge found Walker to be honest, responsible and generous. He found the claimant less so. She had a criminal conviction for benefit fraud and she had made unreasonable claims with the judge agreeing to all Walker's objections and praised him for making payments above what she asked. She was a fantasist claiming she would make her future living as a "celebrity" whilst downplaying her current financial status of £10k. It was obvious that Walker primary interest was for the children, bur also he wanted to do the right for his estranged partner.

 

Yes I have. The fact remains that Walker had two children with a second woman whilst being a married father of three. His wife fell pregnant with a fourth a month after his second child with his bit on the side was born.

The Judge is only able to pass judgement in terms of Walker's actions with regards the legal matter at hand. He's morally reprehensible in overall terms.

I can vouch from good authority that he is no angel and widely disliked.

 

I wonder what qualities ‘all round good egg ‘ Gareth Southgate saw in Kyle Walker to give him the England vice captaincy? A role model for kids in the playground up and down the country indeed.

 

Are you saying the Judge and recorder were wrong in their assessment and my post is factually incorrect ? I have not commented on anything other than the case and specifically on anything other than the current findings of the family court.

 

Not at all. Everything I said about his family life and extra marital affair is there in the report.

Like you say, he's deemed to have been honest and responsible in the court proceedings. But I think it's a struggle to extend that grace to him outside of the Civil case.
