Doesn't surprise me thought he would end up back in Scotland, good luck to him did ok for us but no better.
Good luck Nicky. Always gave his all for the reds. Tailed off last season but hope he does well up there.
Fairly sure (I could be very wrong though) that I predicted that in the thread we had guessing where the 4 out of contract players would go. Decent move for him. Always gave his all so wish him well.
All the best Nicky. A model professional with great attitude. A fantastic first season followed by a more average second (probably more down to coaching than anything).
Best of luck to him. Didn't see much of him at all last season but the year before I thought we had a very decent left sided wing back.
Of all of the out of contract players, he's the one I'd have kept. Didn't mind Nicky at all, and as mentioned above, I think his poor form last season was more down to tactics/coaching than it was him.
I think my pick would’ve been Jordan Williams over the other 3. Probably by some distance too, if played in his proper position. I potentially agree that tactics probably didn’t help Cadden but also his final ball was often poor. Looked like he lost a yard of pace too to me.
https://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/news/2024/august/06/nicky-cadden-signs-for-hibs/ I wouldn't want anything to do with a club that employs Malky Mackay.
Excellent move for him. I think the idea that he had a poor season last time round is nonsense. He had a dodgy first few games & then he had a poor end to the season (like the majority of his team mates) but I thought he was at the season before levels for the most part.
