Racing League, Shergar Cup, abominations. I'd scrap them instantly.

So, Shergar Cup Day today. Hurrah! Not for me. And the rest of the cards are very poor. I had Anmaat (3.00 Haydock) at 9/4 when the decs came out on Thursday. With Lord North and now Bracken's Laugh out I will be on at just shy of 6/4 after the Rule 4, but Anmaat is currently trading at 4/5. Should win if fit. I thought the Sweet Solera (3.40 Newmarket) rested between Mountain Breeze and Lake Victoria, but I find it hard to pick between them.

Agree that it’s not the most prestigious of events to be called after the great horse and it provides no interest to me either.
I don’t know much about Anmaat but, as a 4 and 5 year old, he only ran 5 times but then again he won 4 of them !
Anyway, you’ve got a good price and as you say he should win if fit ( a bit like the reds last night !! )
