I can't get to the match tonight because I'm looking after my wife who is ill. I'm trying to get on to the Club site to buy a commentary pass. I've had an account for years, but it is suddenly refusing to recognise me. It keeps saying email address and password don't match. I've tried it via 3 different browsers with no luck. I finally resorted to re-registering using a different email account and it won't let me do that either. When I put my details in it wipes the confirm email section and then puts me back at the top. Has anybody any ideas WTF I am doing wrong? This is the first season in over 65 years that I'll have missed the first game when it's a home match. Thanks. A wazzed-off Grandfathertyke
It’s doing it to everyone. You have to reset your password on your original account and then it will work.
I tried to log into the club site on my firestick using the silk browser as it's the nicest way to watch any ifollow videos. Tried to watch the Roma friendly the club streamed to no avail. Can't log on as on the firestick I can't get to the section where you put your email and password. Scrolling just scrolls the entire website and not that popup window. Don't suppose anyone has managed to do log on to the new site on a firestick?
Except for me, it appears. I purchased an International Subscription and the Derby pass on 31/07, and it never asked for me to reset my password. I brought this up with iFollow Support, as I had other questions, but they had no answer.
Hmm don't need it tonight but I thought I would try it login with old password and it sends me a new verification code fill out the change password boxes with code and new password and get a message Failed to verify account Anyone else had this and have a fix?
This is what's happened to me. Odd thing is that I checked it this morning and it let me in with no trouble right up to payment, when I had to drop it and go to help my wife. Came back this afternoon and it's kaput.
You should only need to verify if you’d clicked register I think. I don’t remember being asked that when I scrolled down and tried to log in, it just kept saying incorrect email/password combination (despite definitely being correct as was saved) until I reset my password.
Yes. I was trying to do this on my laptop and was having the same issue, I would get the verification code but then got the failed to verify code about 5 times. I used safari on my phone and it verified my account. I could then log in as usual on my laptop.
Not sure if I have the same problem but it asked me to log in about six times the other day. I'm already logged in you daft site. It worries me, this new site. It's clearly not stable.
