    Going to watch it tomorrow - the family of the lad that was being chased in Oliva's killing was well known in the area I taught it. Couple of his brothers were in the school I was in- only one path they were going down which is a sad thing to say about kids!

    I once crossed paths with a notorious Scouse crime family, the Bigleys.
    Scary times. Like you say, some kids fare is determined at an early age.

    Worked in a school on the Wirral and one of the kids was the son of a gang leader - police came into the school one day and the child refused to say hello to the visitor because his dad told him never to speak to a police officer. Child was 6 !
