Unsurprisingly no reds in the team.

    No surprise there.

I thought Kane was our player of the year but most on here seemed to slate him.

Phillips won our player of the year but didn’t start playing at his best while the winter.

Cole faded badly second half of the season.

    So can’t really complain.

Funny that Leeds got four players in the championship team & still failed to go up.

Kane? Really? I thought he was one of the worst at times, mate! Int it funny how we see different things haha.

I would say Phillips, despite his slow start. Roberts would have been nailed on pre-injury, his save rate was unmatched by anyone, with one exception - Alisson. MDG got about 6 man of the matches in a row at one point, but when he got moved from centre of back 3, he dropped off and has been incredibly inconsistent since his good run of form. Cole, as you say, dropped off badly that second half. So probably yeah, Phillips for me mate.

Fingers crossed we will have 4 this time next year - but hopefully it'll be because we've gone up! I'm gunna guess... Marc Roberts, Connell, Slonina and... Lofthouse.:p

I also thought Kane was our most consistent player throughout the season, and probably our best player. That being said, I think Cole must have been pushing the three strikers for a place in the team.
We were a team of 7 out of tens for most of last season, and often it was enough, but we didn't have many "star" performers.
