    I reckon we get Kipper Jackson to be the on field compere next to some lass who has just had a heavy night down Wellington Street and get that little train that used to run round Penny Pie Park for him to sit on as he enters the tunnel.

    I don’t think he’s anything to get excited by but I can see the attraction to Simeone.

    He’s getting a decent robust player who is known for been a hard worker. He might lack the quality to pick out defence splitting passes but he’s going to be a near ever present & carry out Simeones instructions.

    Agreed. When we signed Earl we should have said we have signed Earl and hired Jason Lee in character to be part of it claiming he'd signed for us, before Josh comes up to him and says he's the Earl Barnsley have signed.

    I think he'll do very well under Simeone, I don't particularly rate him highly but I think the whole season last season, Gallagher was probably their best midfielder, until Caicedo started playing well at back end (unless you counting Palmer ofcourse). Can't fault his desire or work rate, reminds me of Jordan Henderson/Milner/Barry when younger
