    Thing is Stoke are very much in the relegation scrap. We are very much in the promotion race. He has to assess te best aspect. But I guess wages will do the talking in the end.

    They're 7 points clear of the bottom 3, their probability of being in the second tier next season will be higher than ours. Plus they'll match his Blackburn wage and he gets to play under a coach he's worked with before.
