    Not sure on the venue as there isn’t a stadium large enough to get both sets of fans in, but apparently the Wendys are playing the Whites of Yorkshire this evening!

    Ooh no, I’d much prefer if Leeds won. But I’ll settle for a 0-0 draw in which both teams get players sent off and have serious but not career threatening injuries.

    My mate who supports wednesday has just messaged me, saying that the Championship is gone because the parachute payment teams are too good and just dominate the league. "Can't compete, buying the league" were two other comments.

    While I don't necessarily disagree with the parachute payments comment, there is a large bit of irony that having all of your players on £15k a week plus, in league 1 and Mr Bannan on £10mil a week isn't the exact same thing at the step below.

    And I hope the "Barnsley owls" flag bloke is enjoying his evening.

    Remember in this fixture 12 years ago, when somebody came on and belted the Sheff Wensdy keeper.
    He hardly touched him lol.
