We can't slate our players, coach, owners then when they play well say that you are happy to eat humble pie or admit you got it wrong. Take the rough with the smooth. Supporters support through good and bad times.
Is this a serious post? I don't think anyone that's been critical of the club has suggested that we'll never win another game of football. The fact is that the manager (coach) brought on a full back up front due to lack of signings, after starting Aiden Marsh who is not quite the quality of front man that gets you promoted from League 1.
Just because you criticise aspects of the running of the club that you believe could and should be done better doesn't make you a bad supporter. Being able to admit you were wrong about something is a strength. I will continue to criticise when I see things being done badly but will also praise things that are done well. iMHO it's better to call things out than just blindly accept what's served up without criticism when it's warranted.
3 games in and lots of fans having melt downs then we pick up a decent win and Cotter is great previously shxt, Watters done great previously the worst player to wear our shirt, etc etc. Bit of patience and we may vome good and you never know we might bring in a striker.
Do we have to go over this topic again? It’s so so so boring! We must be the only club where half the time the supporters talk about if they can talk about how they discuss the club. It’s insane.
I think the constant moaning and ripping to pieces our players and club which I love by the way is boring and when the team start playing well people say ooh I am pleased I was proven wrong. That is dull.
Yes but this must be the 50th post this week about the ‘moaners’ v ‘happy clappers’. Not having a go but I think some people need to zoom out a bit and just think if this needs constantly analysing. Can we just to a sticky post for it where they can all go in there or just write some kind of manifesto for each side and put it bed? It’s tedious.
Pass the cream, I'm prepared to eat a slice, I just hope we buy well now and really give it a go, as for Wax Matters, again, I hope he has regained his confidence and gives it some welly.
Agree with this, seeing fans go at each other because they have different views on here is starting to become the norm. No harm in healthy debate and being corrected. I’d say the same about needing a striker, we all know we need to sign players but to read new posts every day where fans are criticising the club is getting tedious too.
It's happy clapper point scoring. You're allowed to criticise if they play bad and praise when they play good. Makes me wonder if they put good reviews on ebay, Amazon etc. even if service or the goods aren't up to standard.
No, but a bit of a monkey off our back with a home win & a clean sheet. That hasn't happened for a while.
A fan who supports the team during highs and lows is obviously a more positive influence on the players and staff than the abuse boo boys.
