    Anyone else having issues getting through. Bought two tickets for Saturday we page died half way through loading the confirmation., money has been taken from card. Tried ringing the box office get stuck in a queue then the call gets disconnected. 10/10 as per usual.

    If money has been taken I’d presume they were bought. Once upon a time in the past that happened every single time anyone bought a ticket and was just considered the process. You can log into your account and check your order history to see if they are listed.
