    Are these available to buy online, as whenever I log in to my account, there is only the option to buy season tickets, which I've had for a number of years now. Very frustrating.

    You should see an option at top "Home and Away tickets and tours" - if you click on that it should show all upcoming match tickets

    Where does it say you can't collect tickets this weekend?

    It says to allow 2 working days before collection due to anticipated demand, which I don't think is unreasonable at all, but it doesn't say you can't attempt to collect them this weekend.

    I think you're trying to find issues that aren't there mate.

    It literally says you can collect - SUPPORTERS WHO SELECT ‘COLLECTION’ AS A FULFILMENT OPTION WILL NEED TO COLLECT THEIR TICKETS FROM THE BOX OFFICE AT OAKWELL BEFORE 2PM ON TUESDAY 17THSEPTEMBER.

    What's unclear about that?

    But it's accurate though. I've paid for postage off the back of it. I don't want to click collection only to find that they've not managed to get my tickets ready for me to collect tomorrow, knowing I'm not coming back to Barnsley until the day of the game. I'd rather pay the extra pound, knowing I'll probably not have to do another unnecessary journey.

    If they put, you might be able to collect tickets, or tickets will be available for collection and they're not, then they're opening themselves up to criticism then.

    There really is nothing wrong with what they've put.
