"Please accept our apologies for the issues with iFollow on Saturday the 7th of September.

Though the issue was rectified for the start of the second half of the match, missing the first half of the match is not acceptable, and as such we have processed a refund for the full value of the match pass you purchased.

-€11.00 has been refunded to your card visa XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4909.

You should see the refunded value in your account in the next five working days.

The underlying cause of the issue has been identified and successfully fixed.

Please accept our apologies – if you have any questions, please contact ifollow@efl.com.

    Kind regards,

    The iFollow team"

if you haven't complained yet I would :)

What about if you watched it on a dodgy fire stick? Do you get £11 off your next Amazon purchase? :D

I have a season subscription that I pay €210 for because I live outside Uk. I complained about all of the games so far this season because there hasn't been a complete game with both video and commentary and they have sent me €4.67..... perhaps I am not wording my complaint well enough. I didn't get an apology either...

    As I posted on: https://barnsleyfc.org.uk/threads/partial-refund-ifollow-for-last-saturdays-game.332749/

"I just received a similar email that USD $5.11 will be credited to my Amex card. A prorated amount for half a game.

They did nothing for the earlier game I complained about, which was SNAFU for much more of the game.

They've also not responded about the issue with the recorded videos. They always start with the volume muted. If I click on the volume to increase it too early, the video goes into the flashing pixelated screen state with an error message, and I have to refresh and start again."

I have paid USD $230 for the season.

Maybe someone from Admin can merge these two threads.

I got my pro rata refund without complaining. Fair enough. If it keeps happening though the small refunds don't really compensate the compromised weekends, staying up to the early hours, all for nothing.
