Tipped it down here an hour ago, might be a bit of juice in the pitch

Well that’s a disastrous start. Can’t see any way back and only 5 overs gone

Err well I’d have taken that given the start the Aussies had. Still think Aussies are favourites but at least England have a total that’s not out of sight. I was expecting 250 the way things were going

Another disastrous power play. We’ve lost those by a distance. Can we come back again?

Not looking like it, Bethel bowled by Zampa!

Bethell looked absolutely out of his depth

Looked poor with the ball and like a rabbit in the headlights with the bat.

    Apart from that …

Absolutely no idea why Jamie Overton was selected either. Didn’t bowl a ball - we used six bowlers too. Extra proper batsman would have been the wiser call. Even without hindsight. Strange.

Bonkers team selection. Curran at 6 and Archer as high as 8…..against the Aussies o_O

Topley only bowled one over as well so we pick a genuine #11 as a bowler and then dont use him

Also thats the last 4 evening T20's at Southampton that the side batting first has won very comfortably, why did we field when we won the toss?
