Really. ? 13 coaches in the first team and academy with that title. Championship maybe. League 1 and 2 might be questionable.
My biggest question is actually what clause do our coaches have that mean they can stroll out after a couple of months?
Yeah the clause that said I only need to give a week's notice during the probationary period which is typically the first 6 months
Think it's a year at our place. Certainly all the communication from HR makes a distinction between those who have worked there for 12 months or more and those who haven't.
Probably the same as Steve Evans had in his contract at Stevenage, can leave if get an offer from a championship club or higher hence Rotherham sacking their manager when they did so they could sign him while they were still in the championship
Yes but she'd been here years. If I wanted to leave my job I'd have to give a month's notice as I've been at our place years. If I'd only been there a couple of months I would only have to give a week's notice, possibly even less.
SHOCK HORROR Former Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone has swapped a coaching role at Wigan Athletic for one at Birmingham City. The 37-year-old only joined Wigan in July, reuniting with his former Hull teammate Shaun Maloney. However, despite Wigan’s desire to retain his services, he has sought pastures new.
