    I think Connell shouldn't be captain, he's a very good player but not captain material at his age. I think it's affecting his game

    What are his strengths though? Genuinely. When the ball goes up to him, 9/10 he either gets knocked off the ball or concedes a free kick. When he plays off the shoulder, 9/10 he strays offside. To boot, he's absolutely awful with the ball at his feet and misplaces every other pass. Absolutely gash. He pops up with a goal and a half-decent performances every 10 games, which seems to get him a pass for the next 10. Nowhere near good enough IMO.
