Yep I have noticed that in interviews likes to blame the players takes no accountability himself.

If we act quick enough we might get lucky and be able to get Ryan Lowe or Schumacher who are both available. Both miles better than Clarke

 

Whilst I agree it's ultimately the boards fault, he's just sent a team out for a draw in a Yorkshire derby against a side who'd lost 7 of their last 8. Thats entirely on him. Plenty of players badly letting him down as well with countless individual errors.

Maybe, just maybe, it's not the head coach. We've either had an extraordinary bad run on recruitment or there could be something for the board in the old adage that if everywhere you turn stinks of dog ****, you might need to check your own shoes.

It needs investment to put it right.

Must admit I thought Clarke would do well here but it’s not been a good start. Been sold down the river a bit with the recruitment but what happened to players coming off the pitch knackered because they’ve worked so hard? Pressing high up? Getting crosses into the box? Playing on the front foot? I’ve not seen any of this so far.

 

Totally agree mate, we spent all summer listening to excuses and giving them the benefit of the doubt but ultimately the team is looking far weaker and lacks any pace or flair whatsoever.
