    Devaney is BFC through and through, and should have a less pressured job than 1st team coach. Hassell is a true ambassador and should definitely be part of the club. Disagree with them two

    He's also been a drain on wages for the last few years. I remember how he played for us before his injury troubles started. Heart of a fly.

    Roberts and Earl ( Earl somehow gets away with murder on here) both been worse than MDG.

    What do mean Delaney is Barnsley through n through n needs a less pressurised job ha!?....He’s here because he’s getting paid mate like all of us that’s had jobs for a decent length of time at same company. He hasn’t got a track record of note of being successful even with young lads unless I’ve missed something, and no manager has took him with him when they’ve left for another job. Nothing against bloke but he’s been employed by us a long time since playing and I am not sure what about him you could call a success tbh..... his youth teams never pulled any trees up unless again as I say I’ve missed sumat.

    No one at the club is a worse defender than MDG. He is a better footballer than quite a few but awful at his actual job.

    I would reckon that our academy ought to be judged upon how many academy products end up in our first team and/or being sold for big bucks.

    "Exceptionally well" doesn't automatically come to mind, to me.

    Perhaps there are other criteria.

    He's overdue a start imo, Craig to the bench and Connell deeper. Lofthouse deserves a start for Earl too.

    Two interesting ones there, and I totally agree.
    Years ago we could say the blame lies with the manager, in the days when we hired a proper manager rather than a coach.
    But now for me it must go higher than that. The blame starts with these owners, and it always will while they are here!.

    The owners must take some responsibility for the mistake of appointing Mladen in the DOF role instead of Bobby Hassell. At least Bobby is a football man

    Proved my point buddy. 1st team coach look to be beyond his ability, so have him alongside Bobby in the academy. He was a winger anyway, and we don't play with attacking wingers lately.
