I hear what you.re saying but under these owners we.ve had consecutive playoff campaigns. I would imagine the owners have little say in the recruitment side apart from maybe releasing the finances.And we have spent over a million on signings and obviously adding to the wage bill.

We have brought other players in that go on the wage bill. Gent, Roberts, Hourihane, DKD, Nkwotsit, Jackson & Humphrys.
Hourihane is on Staff wages, Gent was on peanuts at Blackburn, Jackson low wages at Walsall, we got 600k in for Styles and off the wages, plus the 4 others I mentioned Cole, Cadden, Kane and Williams who were on more money than we've replaced them with, as I say net spend of around 400k
But gents hardly played, conor is more of a coach, dkds had one good game then Clarke coached that out of him, mkwotsit isn't fit, Jackson we might aswell have signed kipper Jackson and Humphrys looks OK but doesn't look fit.... worst window ever.
I’d be very surprised if Hourihane was on peanuts. Don’t forget there is also a ratchet on player salaries that sees increases from season to season over the life of their contract. I wouldn’t be surprised if our overall wage bill was fairly similar to last season.
Slow down a bit pal. If you read my post properly, I was replying to someone who said we’d cut our wage bill by 4 players leaving. I was pointing out that we’d also added 7 more.
