    Sorry guys.
Hate to post my channel on here, I know it's not the best (far from it!) but I did this for the charity MIND yesterday.
If ya can ,just a couple of quid would be appreciated (it goes directly to the charity).
The link is for my video and in the description is the donation page.
I have suffered with anxiety and depression for many years and it's why I talk absolute twoddle on YouTube every Thursday!!!

    Cheers.

Hope it feels better to keep in contact with MIND pal.
I have used them many times and they are brilliant.
Hope my little, crappy channel reaches out to people like you.

My youngest suffered mental health issues after taking ecstasy. He suffered a number of episodes in his twenties which were quite traumatic for me and Mrs. DR. He seems to have fully recovered now but still has to manage himself carefully.

Those who think ecstasy is harmless are very wrong, it can really mess with the chemical balance in the brain. We are very grateful to the NHS and our GPs for their help and support.

I don’t know if you’re aware mate, but there is a separate mental health forum on here. You might get a bit more hits on there as well.

I’ll definitely be having a look though, as I’m one of the many affected myself.

I haven't been right since I took Pink Champagne in 2006. Did sumat to my brain. Couldn't recreate the high and struggled with confidence issues especially around women ever since.

I hope that you can recover. My son's recovery has taken well over 10 years with episodes of decreasing frequency and severity over this time. He remains "red flagged" at the GP surgery meaning he has a direct line to a doctor.
