Lightheadedness/ virus? COVID?

    I never heard of light-headedness being a symptom of COVID, I had it at Christmas 2021 and if anything I'd say it's the exact opposite.

    Fair few of our lads have been badly last week, I felt shocking Friday, literally no energy at all and felt massively drained

    I’ve had it pretty bad all my life. Not that that’s any help to you! As you say you’re all stuffy etc. it’ll just be your sinuses. I wouldn’t worry unless you’re otherwise back to feeling normal but still dizzy.

    Shoving used to make me feel a bit light headed too. I think it was all the blood going downstairs.
