    The way the share price of Tesla and the valuation of Twitter are falling recently, he could be heading for the largest fall in net worth ever recorded.

    SpaceX has just been limited in the number of launches they can do from California due to the political interference from Musk. There is a possibility that he might have to step down from SpaceX for it to continue to receive government money.

    Employees of federal contractors (SpaceX in this case) aren't allowed to contribute or promise to make a contribution to a candidate for federal office (President). Musk appearing at the Trump rally and funding a PAC to win votes for Trump are arguably felonies. By arguable, I mean lawyers, prosecutors and judges in a courtroom should decide if the CEO and major shareholder of an enterprise qualifies as an employee...
