    BFC have entered the U21’s in the Sheffield Senior Cup and play at Sheerien Park , this Wednesday night , 30th October KO 7.30.

    £5 Adults £3 concession - cheap food and drinks and free parking. If you’ve never been down , it’s a great set up and promises to be a good game as The Rec have had a strong start to the season . It would be great to have a good crowd in

    I'm guessing a few of the 21s that played the Blades the other day ,May well be playing in the first team game on Tuesday game against Rovers.
    So be quite a few under 18s I guess.

    Unable to go. But hope they get a decent crowd. It'll certainly help with rec's finances. And not a dead rubber regardless of competition. I used to like the county cup as a young un and it was quite valued due to the local rivalry. In its heyday. I think it was the forerunner to the Shedfield senior cup.

    Apparantly not. Although Sheff utd reserves won it on several occasions.

    I had some great battles in midfield when we were playing teams in Sheffield.
    Hence both knees fecked and knee replacements .
    I thought I was Alan Little tackling brick walls .
    Not quite as good as him though.
