I logged into my account on the Club website this morning and had a look at audio pass for the Rotherham game. I clicked on it to see if it was available so far in advance and it wouldn’t respond. Is this normal? Does the link open up on the day? Thanks in advance for any info. (Non-tech old geezer)

Not to be too flippant but why would it be available 12 days away

Well it might not be of course, but I’ve recently had a battle with it trying to log on ten minutes before kick off and it wouldn’t have it but finally gave in. After listening to the game on Saturday I thought I’d just test it out. I’ll be at the Rotherham game but I can’t make it to away games. Too bloody old.

I’ve just been on the club website and

    Tapped Ifollow
Where it advertises the Rotherham match
    Tapped buy audio pass
Where it advertises buy monthly pass
    Tapped the £4.49
It then opened up a page to enter details in order to make a purchase
I didn’t go any further as I don’t want an audio pass.
If that works you should be set for all November

Thanks. I’ve just tried it again on mine and it won’t work. I can get anywhere else on the site but not there. Something must be turned off I guess. But what??

How far did you get with it before you hit a snag?

I've had issues buying a video pass previously. Cleaning my browser history or using another browser has helped me.

I can get right into the site, open everything else, but just not the passes. It’s driving me nuts.
