    Is the new staff member, clearly educated in the USA, going to be based in Barnsley or performing her duties from overseas? If she's based in Barnsley I have no grouse about her relationship to JAQ. As others have said there are numerous instances of children working in their parent's business. If she's going to be USA based then I'm not sure how effective a Chief of Staff you can be to a CEO who's very much based in Barnsley unless she's going to a channel of communication between JAQ and the CEO which, for a Club with not a lot of money, seems more expense for not a lot of obvious benefit.
