He will but it will be in breach of the US constitution which couldn't really be clearer on it's wording

He hasn't actually been charged with insurrection though - supreme court has already ruled on his case regarding Jan 6 saying it's under official acts of the presidency. Smith has to refile it but it's looking already like he's winding down.

I see you didn't reply to my point, which is that Trump clearly didn't say she should be shot, and anyone who continues to believe he did (having watched the unedited video) is frankly a moron, but then that's ok isn't it, as long as those morons serve your political ends? Speaking of LOL, I can only imagine your reaction to yesterday's easily predictable result.

This cr@p would have more credibility if you didn't allow the lefty mob to jump all over any dissenting views on the BBS without similar comment, and the frequent vile name-calling/demonising of anything that doesn't share that same clique's view on pretty much every issue.

Then again we all know you're part of that lefty mob, so the 'blind eye' is hardly a surprise. No wonder so few folk bother with the BBS anymore.

I agree to a certain extent but not everyone would want to go to uni and get a degree, in my year at school some left for apprenticeships, some went on to A levels, uni one even became a Dr eventually, some had kids young some focused on their careers so everyone takes different paths in life but we are all just individuals.
I don't think anyone should be in poverty I've been all over the world I've seen poverty in very poor country's it's awful. But I think we can agree that a doctor or surgeon who has studied and worked his arse off to get where he is deserves to be paid very well and alot more than minimal wages.

Trump is a frequent and proven liar, but I guess that ok as it serves his and your political ends.

Well no, I was responding to the suggestion that anyone who voted against Trump is an idiot.

As for the result I agree it was predictable, in fact I predicted it in the first post in this thread.

I don't think anyone is arguing for surgeons to be paid minimal wages, just the poor to be paid more.

The problem in this country is everything is expensive rent, property, fuel, council tax, insurance, food, water, gas/electric etc the minimum wage has just gone up, great but when that happens everyone else wants a rise because people who have taken a few years to learn a trade or studied at college think they also deserve a rise if the base rate of pay has gone up. So the cost of everything rises.

Welcome to late stage capitalism where corporate power and unequal bargaining power means that the everything is expensive and the divide between the top and the bottom grows at a crazy rate. Money gets siphoned out of the system as corporate profits. There's not an easy answer but it definitely requires higher taxes on those at the top.

Junior Doctors have just got a pay rise to £36.6k, and those on specialty training £49.9k. While obviously not a poor wage, given the training and responsibility, it is hard to argue that they are "rich".

Even the highest paid consultants and GPs earn less than any of our first team.

There is always the possibility that Biden could die or step down, making Harris 47 and Trump 48.

Even if all it does is spoil the merch, they would have had a female president.

Top woman that Maggie Thatcher tha knows. Privatisation of most of our critical infrastructure really worked well for the masses with their competitive, cheaper prices????

Not just that though is it. Although glad we agree there will always be someone unskilled earning the lowest rate of pay your answer of pay them more is catch 22.

You obviously don't need to earn 100k to be lifted out of poverty.

I know plenty of people who excel in a working environment without being Academic, you don't need a degree to not be poor.

That’s not what I’m saying, I’m saying those that may not have the capacity should still be encouraged and/or still have the opportunity to reach as far as they are capable if they so desire, and not discouraged from doing so.

No, but you need to earn more than minimum wage and there will always be people working minimum wage jobs.
