    I’m certainly not saying that Barnsley’s transfer window was great… but it just shows that signing a million players doesn’t guarantee you promotion.

    Ok first half, very good second half. Huge improvement from those terrible 4 games in a row.

    Gent had an excellent game and Roberts, Earl, Watters and a short cameo from Humphrey’s were also really good.

    Better shape in midfield too.

    Nobody had a bad game and Killip in goal feels a less erratic fit.

    3 points, home win, clean sheet. Boost to confidence for players and fans.

    And I don’t see Evans lasting long.

    Enjoyed that. Well deserved and would have been more comfortable if DKD hadn’t been possessed by the spirit of Callum Brittain (and he’s not dead)

    Rovrum were weirdly static and neither got enough players forward or enough players back at important times. The guy on the left wing for them played like he’s won his appearance in a raffle.
