You’re a sick person if you’re enjoying this Citeh downfall… aging squad and it’s starting to show. I actually thought Pep would leave at the end of this season, thought the England job would’ve been the ideal time to say his goodbyes.
It happen to the best Silva . De Bruyne Gundogan are all getting old together no spring chicken but Rodri is a massive miss. Has Pep got the enthusiasm to build again we will see.
I think the opposite - if you're not enjoying it then you're everything that's wrong with modern football.
Not bothered about the Premier league. Anyone can win it for me apart from united. If united played a bunch of aliens and had to win to save my life I would still want them to get pumped
Dont think it has anything to do with that really mate, although it does with Walker. Hes been shocking for 12/18 months and he's certainly lost some recovery pace and its very evident now. Last week they only had 13 fit players, including 2 youngsters who had only ever played in cup. Stones, Dias, Ake, Akanji - all 4 of their centre backs, arent fit to play. Theyve had to throw a young kid in nobody has heard of. Dont care what anyone says, having a 19 year old and an 18 year old who's never played pro football, let alone in Prem, will be tough for any team to have both in defence. De Bruyne first game back this season. Rodri though is by far the biggest miss. I honestly don't think they can play this way without him. Last season the 3 games without him they lost, similar scenes this season. I had a 5er on Brighton at half time so I'm happy though And I must admit its quite funny seeing Haaland the way he's been since telling Arteta to be humble - he's been dog **** since then Sad for Stones but im sure he'll be fine will lad...
I'm in a minority. I love the fact City are where they are. I love the fact they've disrupted the 'big' teams. They had a monopoly on football for too long and now everybodies crying. Arsenal cheated for years and years before the premier league to get where they are now. Manchester united love pretending that everything theyve achieved is from their young uns. Chelsea are just a vile club. Liverpool is just a bit meh for me, hope they win it this season. Spurs are Spurs so they don't really count. But I love how City have turned all those fans in babbling babies. Especially since one of our own is involved.
You love to see an old school, traditional English club being reduced to just a sportswashing front for a middle Eastern regime looking to launder its reputation given its numerous human rights issues? I love to see Guardiola under pressure. He's an ideological hypocrite, drugs cheat, chequebook manager.
Used to like city before the new stadium and Arabs. Proper football club Maine Road was a proper old school ground, remember playing them in 2000 and beating them under Bassett one of my favourite games at oakwell proper fans back then, now there like a hobby club with plastic fans. I don't watch much premier league football but I haven't got much time for citeh at all.
Not the same reasoning. Anecdotally, I just don't like their fans, they're some of the most racist and vile fans I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Just stuck with me. I was about 10 when Abromovich took so not something I understood. Every single elite club in Europe will have some **** stuck behind them. Dirty money - long before City's takeover, just they have more. I don't like any billionaires let alone a corrupt, misogynistic and shameful state taking over a club - but that's not the fault of the fans, either. From a football perspective I like the disruption.
