    Shouldn't Ryan Reynolds and Tom Brady both be in that best players/team. :rolleyes:

    I love Luca. Great lad, top professional and a very talented footballer who I wouldn’t swap for any midfielder at the level.

    But, he’s not been at his best this season. Just alright.

    Better though, since DC realised he’s a holding midfielder, not box to box.

    Louie Barry for Stockport looked good when we played them and his having a great season Still only 21 aswell.

    Watched him play a few times when he was 17/18, could tell he had bundles of talent back then but just looked raw. He's in a better physical state too obviously as he's grown. Think he'll have a very good career mate.

    I'm not sure I'd have Connell in. We've largely been mediocre and disjointed so far and only just showing signs of cohesion.

    I'd absolutely have Roberts in though.

    Despite the big names and some clubs having huge resources, it doesn't feel as strong a division as we may have initially thought.

    I think Connell has been very good recently, after moving back to his proper position. Hopefully he’s not missed too much tomorrow.
    I can’t think of another consistent performer for us that should’ve made that eleven. Possibly Roberts…..

    Wouldn’t argue against Roberts, but Connell does have 2 goals, 4 assists and 3 MOTM in 14 games.

    Opinions I thought Roberts started the season quite poor but has recently been really good since Huddersfield.

    I think Connells past reputation has got him in the side and not merit from the season so far, he was poor early doors this season

    Think Luca needed a bit of time to bed in as captain but is back to playing a key role for us again this season. Would love him to stay, get us a double promotion and be our next " legend " after Hammill.
