Anyone watching? It's live on Netflix at half 4 in the morning. Paul is around 1/2 to win and Tyson around 6/4 so it's expected to be close. It's only eight 2 minute rounds but Tyson should be gassed straight away trying to keep up with a lad around three decades younger.

Tyson looks in decent shape to be fair. Probably the 1st proper fighter Paul's faced, albeit not been in the ring for close to 20 years

There's not a chance its rigged, right? Maybe a daft question but this youtube boxer stuff is baffling to me and I cant help but question it

It's a farce and probably rigged. A bum against a 60 year old.

I'll be watching out of intrigue. The fight before it will be the main event for me, Katie Taylor v Amanda Serrano rematch.

No, but I hope Tyson catches him with a big hit early on and sparks him out, and hopefully it brings about the end of this type of shít masquerading as boxing.

Jake Paul will win with absolute ease. It's a shambles that it's been allowed to happen, but it's one last big pay day. Tyson was well past his best 20 years ago and even more so in his exhibition against Roy Jones a couple of year ago.

5/4 KO is printing money, as well as 4/1 for him to win in the first 4 rounds

A convicted rapist against a scam artist accused of two sexual assaults. Can they knock each other out in the first minute?

An event that wouldn't look out of place in a Victorian freak show.

I'll give it a miss, thanks. It's utterly pointless insofar as in it will not further the sporting career of either participant. It is a dangerous event, staged to make money from the manufactured curiosity of punters who should know better. Even in the unlikely event it transpires to be a competitive spectacle, it's not for me, thank you.

Punters who should know better? How do you mean? Ill be watching as its on Netflix and technically I've already paid for it, the same as all other Netflix subscribers. Poor take.

Each to their own. Like all other Netflix subscribers, I've paid for it but the more people watch it, the more likely they are to commission more of this rot. I don't care who wins, nor if either of them ever box again. I just hope both participants escape unscathed from a bout that should never have been licenced.

The fight will answer the question of whether a YouTube content generator who thinks he can box a bit, can beat a man approaching pension age, who once had awesome speed, power and skill but hasn't boxed since half his lifetime ago. It's a question literally no boxing fans were asking until the fight was announced. I have no interest in the answer and less interest in furthering the financial interests of anyone involved in making this fight happen. It beggars belief to me that it was ever licenced but if people lap it up, this is what we'll get served up instead of the fights that matter. Which is why @winged avenger is spot on - there's a good chance it's fixed to ensure a rematch.

Few "real" boxers can generate the vast sums of cash through broadcasting, gate receipts and advertising that the likes of Jake Paul, Tommy Fury and KSI can. There has been plenty of professional boxers complain about these type of guys. Likely with a huge hint of jealousy that despite being more talented, they aren't making millions because they are useless at self promotion.

It's a farce, it's all about money and the fools who pay for it. There is a big leap from amateurs to professionals, unless Jake Paul is an exceptional talent, Tyson was exceptional but at 58 will still or should I say win, unless money dictates the outcome.

He's not fighting KSI mate, he's fighting Jake Paul.

There's a lot of disrespect for Jake Paul, but he's done a lot for the sport itself, and is also the reason why Katie Taylor and Serrano will be getting career high pay days, and the biggest womens boxing purse to date.

Paul isn't your average "Youtube" boxer, and he has been taking boxing seriously for well over 5 years now, bringing a lot of eyes onto the sport.

Ability wise, he's probably not too far from Kevin McBride who Tyson lost to 20 years ago, and looked terrible back then. He's now approaching 60 in a young mans sport. There's only one winner here

While I don’t doubt that Tyson should really only have a puncher’s chance (and it’s a great punch) up against a guy that is certainly more athletic than him, Kevin McBride had 46 professional fights winning 35 and 29 of those by knock out.

Jake Paul has had one fight against an actual “active” professional boxer, Tommy Fury, who by the way is also no where near as good as Kevin McBride, and he lost it.

If Tyson doesn't knock him out in the first two rounds he's not going to win, a 58 year old who relied a lot on his athleticism and power in his prime who is now stiff as a board isn't going to do well in the later rounds.

Kevin McBride at his current age of 51, maybe.
