    this works.
I can't get through to the club so my best way is to ask you lot.
How do I get my chosen game ticket, for example tomorrow?

I think you should see it in your BFC ticketing account. Let me check.

You have to do it, at the latest, the day before the match. Online you need to be logged in and then go to buy a ticket as normal. Select Flexi ticket on the drop down (where you would normally select adult, child, concession etc.) At the box office or over the phone you would just tell them that you want to use your flexi ticket.

@Mr Badger I've spoken to the club, and they will be putting some guidance on the website, but essentially:

Once you have purchased your flexi-ticket in a specific area of the ground, when you go in to buy a ticket for that area of the ground for the match of your choice you will see a free ticket option. This will then use one of your Flexi tickets.

Sometimes, there is an overnight delay when a ticket is purchased before the person can see the free ticket in their online ticketing account.

However, in this situation or if you are having difficulty, the best thing to do is either call into the box office or give them a call on 01226 211183, and they can manually assign you a flexi-ticket.

    Hope this helps?
