It doesn't take a lot of scrolling down in between his self proclamations and vanity to see a trend of right leaning think tank murmurings.

You do know farms have been getting sold off for the last decade and a half or converted for leisure pursuits from farming? I'm guessing the last 14 years were Labours fault too?

Always follow the responses on twitter to judge what sphere of influence the poster has. Reposts of GBNews, Rupert Lowe, Andrew Neil and someone criticising Emily Maitlis.

RFK Jr is a well renowned conspiracy theorist. And lost even further credibility by cosying up to Trump to get a job in his administration. Health. The man who wants to ban fluoride from water and stop giving vaccines.

In terms of Black Rock, they are certainly not a company I'd advocate. But there is a real problem and it has forever been thus. Whatever colour of government, you have to encourage trade and investment. The wealthy have always dictated how the world operates. The wealthy choose where they invest and given globalisation, they can invest anywhere and lobby hard against countries that don't provide them with conditions to profit.

I don't know how this world changes for the better. But if Starmer doesn't attract trade, we have people complaining about lack of growth and services that don't work. About high taxes. And we get the nuttier realm spinning conspiracies that those devoid of critical thinking will follow.

We're going to have 5 years where Labour will be criticised for everything they do, outside of the EU, with maverick autocrats and plutocrats sending headwinds our way. With malign media actors and opaque thinktanks booing from the gallery and given versions of truth that don't pass muster.

And its obvious to say, but we didn't have this amount of scrutiny when the very same things or worse were going on under the last government. From Osborne to Johnson to Sunak, deals far worse than this were going on, but we heard not even a squeak from our media outlets.

This isn’t a right or left issue!

Always follow the money! We have been completely sold out to Blackrock now, the old Labour Party would be shocked to learn what’s going on selling out to Blackrock, a company that benefits from wars

You do know PE's and VC's own the world, yes? Assets, pensions, investments, companies, shares?

Black Rock and others of their ilk have been doing what they do long before 2024.

Agreed, and they all roll up to the same amount of companies. Just makes my stomach turn that we are now openly admitting who our masters are. Feels very helpless with everything going on at the minute like we are living in 1984

The world moves on wealth. I'm not offended even remotely. It's just interesting that so many issues are being flagged now rather than last year, the year before that and the decade before that.

Rees-Moggs dad wrote a tome years and years ago about a new world order where countries aren't the sphere of influence but individuals so rich that the move independent of former borders and dictate how they want to operate. The US of A is probably demonstrating that its not too far away.

Its always been this way though. I don't know how you change it. Unless capitalism fell, unless greed wasn't a thing, unless human nature remade itself to something more inclusive, abundant and compassionate more of the time, I don't see how you unpick this.... Hegemony.

Wrong wording on my part probably, but wanted to you to know I wasn’t having a go at labour or the left in particular just politicians and the world in general. Just depressing that these nefarious people Larry Fink and Bill Gates (there’s a few rabbit holes with these 2 in particular) have so much power and now the politicians are openly doing business with them and then regurgitating it back to the public as though it’s this fantastic thing. Makes my stomach turn.

The future can only get worse for the common man surely?

Whether you agree on that part or not Blackrock and these other companies have in fact got the contracts to “rebuild” Ukraine so in other words this war is more than beneficial towards their world dominance and power

I'm not sure Bill Gates is the biggest antichrist.

The world is going to be worse for everyone. You just have to look at COP where an oil state with a president who thinks fossil fuels are a gift from god is leading negotiations to agree a text in an environment where there are nearly 1800 fossil fuel lobbyists. So far the draft text that I've heard about doesn't even get close to the minimum requirements and even backtracks on previous COP agreements where the Middle Eastern states in particular are trying to unpick that fossil fuels need to be reduced.

The planet will ultimately win, as our multi billionaire Nero's fiddle.

None of us are privy to the discussions that took place but I remember reports from around March / April 2022 saying that Zelensky was willing to accept the ceasefire conditions that had been negotiated & that it was Biden & Boris who told Zelensky not to accept & to keep fighting with their support. I don’t believe Biden was present but Boris went to Istanbul and was involved.

Who to believe is always a tough one in anything like this. Boris denies he scuppered peace talks. Putin claims he did but interestingly the Turkish leader Erdogan also claims Boris scuppered the peace talks & wanted the war to continue.

Erdogan may have a reason to lie or he may be telling the truth but he’s tried to take a position of neutrality throughout the war & I can’t see an obvious reason for him to lie about this.

Make no mistake this isn’t an anti-Labour post. I’ve no doubt at all that Boris & Sunak would be holding very similar meetings to Starmer.

I have completely different politics to Kennedy & I think some of his conspiracy theories are disgusting. Especially about Covid & it effecting different races.

However on this particular issue I completely agree with him.

I also first saw this video a long time ago. It might even be from before Starmer came to power but as we’ve seen over the last couple of decades it doesn’t matter whether it’s Labour or Tory in this country there’s always money for war.

But as a wider point, what do you do when a country is invaded? Do you encourage appeasement? Which history tells us is a very dangerous precedent.
