Moan, moan, moan, it’s not right, I want! I want! I want!

    Kin ‘ell. Social media.

I’m just back after a good 6 week tour of God knows how many NHS hospital wards across the country because Mrs Statis elderly mother had a taken in. And out there in the real world I’ve seen staff facing (to me) impossible odds yet doing everything they can to get folk better. And I’ve seen those old folk putting their best face on what’s happened to them and fighting every painful inch of the way to get back on their feet.

And not once did I hear any of them ******* moaning about it. Think on.

It's funny reading weirdos on Facebook on the local pages losing their minds over this petition, then going all Radio Silence when it was pointed out the number who have signed the Brexit Petitions over the years.

One bloke thinks writing LIEBOUR in capital letters is the height of humour.

At the end of all these stunts and confected media 'stories' there is the sheer bliss of knowing that they're gonna have to suck it up for another four and a half years! :D

    Let's be honest here.

If you signed this petition then you come under one of two descriptions.
    1. You are greedy selfish ***** unhappy that after 14 years of profiteering from Tory scum policies you will now lose these privileges.
Or 2. You are thick as ****

It’s as if the last 14 years has been erased from some people’s memory and everything that is wrong with Britain today is due to Labour’s few months in office.

Have you seen the raw data for the petition? Apparently 3 Azerbaijanis have signed demanding a new general election in the UK, 440 Thai's, 113 Israelis and 50 Indonesians. Quite why tens of thousands of people in far flung countries have all decided to demand a UK general election overnight is beyond me. Thousands of Australians signed it overnight apparently and Americans.

Well no, large farming areas can be identified on a map, small business owners are nationwide and not specific to certain areas.
If you're suggesting the farmers who'll be troubled by the same IHT, tho still at a reduced rate, that everyone else lucky enough to qualify has to pay, then no, they are not by nature of paying that tax, 'small' business owners.

I haven't seen a map, although I can understand people been worried by the budget from a party who claimed they would grow the economy. The petition is pointless no election will happen will just have to see how the coming years pan out.

and having seen the country decimated over the last 14 years, those folk expected it fixed in 4 months, that's understandable is it?

Exactly, except we won’t know if Labour’s pledge to grow the economy is just pie in the sky or will actually work. The things they do now are steps towards achieving their goal, things will alter and get tweaked along the way’ time will tell. This time though it’s not just the ‘poorer’ sections of society bearing the brunt of ‘cuts’ etc those more affluent are now having to contribute instead of just being left alone or even gaining from it.

I've got to say, in a deliciously puerile fashion... I'm bloody loving this manbaby wobble by the populists. Over 4 and a half years to go.

By which time they'll likely be much better off with better public services and a far better NHS but they just won't be able to admit it. Priceless.

And the originator of the petition admitted he voted tory last time. Poor ruddy cheeked lamb.

He literally just posts and agrees with whatever is trending at the time. It’s fascinating and depressing in equal measure.

The worst part is he’s not alone. So many people just blindly agree with everything social media feeds them and share and repeat it.

maybe so, but surely that alone isn't enough to expect another general election?

I don't think anyone expected it fixed in 4 months. But to say its the farmers with this petition I think the party has upset a few in 4 months and not just farmers. And the party banged on about the economy growth pre election then to give a budget out like that which caused uncertainty and inflation. Like I said I haven't signed the petition and it's not going to make a bit of difference we have these for 4 years now.
