WE WILL LOOK INTO THIS AND COME BACK TO YOU ON REPEAT = politicians answers

How about they answer some proper questions with proper answers about the terrible running of the the club along with the plethora of other things that they are getting wrong

Constantly saying we will look into it is embarrassing and frankly is an insult to the fans. Grow a pair and give straight honest answers

We went in the club shop on Saturday whilst waiting on a mate to escape the rain. I’ve not been in for ages & I thought I’d have a look to see if there was anything I fancied. Bizarrely loads of the clothes didn’t have price tags on them. Most of the puma gear didn’t seem to have any prices on it. However they did have stickers saying there was 35% off the full price, it was just strange that they didn’t want to tell us what 100% was.

Some of the clobber is dreadful as well but I suppose that’s a question of taste. Like many I don’t like the pink kit but I would love to know how many people have bought a dark grey tracksuit with both pink & lime green logo’s on it. Maybe I’m just out of touch with fashion but I don’t think I’ve seen a single fan wearing it at matches & theres loads of it in the club shop so if I am out of touch then I think most of the fan base are too.

Is it possible the size of the unit doesn't have to display prices. Less than 280m2 (Not that I agree with it)and I assume you mean the one with the club shop items.?

I'm guessing so Paul. Wouldn't it be Fanatics. ?. When I asked Mark about a bulk discount at the club shop. The club had no influence, only his employers. Fanatics. Who he could approach.

I’m referring to the kiosk next to the bar that sells chicken strips, loaded fries etc.

The fans will return to Oakwell when they see an improvement in the home form which to be frank is abysmal. Many season ticket holders are not turning up in bad weather to watch a side who do not seem capable of winning a game at home. Plus the timing of home games to fit in with Sky has become ridiculous.

By winning football matches at Oakwell, something we just don't seem able to do for about 10 months now.

Free or heavily discounted tickets don't seem to work. Expensive tickets obviously don't work. A long winning run is worth a try. I'm not convinced that the oft- mentioned "matchday experience" is as important as some think. Being in a challenging position for automatic promotion might work, but that's not looking likely to happen this season.

Does he? Or is he refusing to actually listen to those who are turning away from games?

If many people are saying it's because of the dreadful matchday experience then is it the voice of reason to say that they're lying or is it blind arrogance or even stupidity to do so?

Research shows that one off offers have little effect and that in order to make a difference you need a long term strategy whereby customers can see a consistent approach. That's why offering a free drink and tickets for a one off game, while a nice gesture, doesn't make much difference. You need a consistent long term approach.

Such as maybe no having a system where the fanzone is there one week and gone the next, where price offers are brought in for obe game then gone again, where the same access arrangements are in place each week.

Or we could just bury our head in the sand and keep plugging 8 million quid losses

Folk will put up with a crap match day experience if we're running away with the automatics, playing entertaining stuff.
As this only applies to, at best, 2 teams per season, the chances of that being us are slim, with a bunch of owners trying to do it wi art spending owt, it's far less than slim and with no strikers it's about as likely as me growing a six pack for my date with Kylie.
Ergo, the club needs to listen to folk and get a match day experience worth turning up for.

There was meant to be a risk register or something to that affect to document issues raised and current status but don’t know if or that’s actually been progressed yet. [emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji6]]
