Bump. Superb weekend, massively enjoyed it so thank you all for the recommendations. Other than the Temple Bar I don’t think the prices were as bad as I’d thought they’d be, the food prices were very reasonable & the Arlington Hotel provided a very good breakfast! Bad Bobs was a brilliant atmosphere at night, The Guinness experience was excellent & we finished off with a harrowing tour of the Kilmalhen Prison Museum. Will definitely be making it an annual trip as there’s still a lot of bars we didn’t manage to get around & a lot of site-seeing to be done.
Glad you got the prison museum tour ,I returned with my son and took him. I knew you would love Dublin.
