I get that Ian and I feel the same. I was just getting the point over, about what this particular thread is about and there is no evidence that he did owt wrong. The criticism is pointed more at the security services not doing their checks. The eloquence was aimed at ST's description lol re his opinion of the sex scandal and association with Epstein. Not critical. As I think he's as guilty as hell on that one, https://www.thenational.scot/news/n...estminster-chinese-spy-suspect-able-slip-net/
The King himself, and the late Duke of Edinburgh were very close friends of the British Epstein, Sir Jimmy Saville. Nobody will convince me that those two didn't have the slightest incling as to what he was getting up to. You can't sneeze around the Royal family without the security services on knowing about it. Having said that, looking at the documented tactics employed by the security services, most notably during the troubles in Ireland, you'd be forgiven for thinking they were just as complicit. For anyone wondering what I'm talking about, MI6 allowed a leading IRA member to abuse young boys at Kincora Boys Home whilst they covertly filmed it, then used said footage as a means of blackmail to turn the person and use them for information. I feel it's important to point out that SIS deny this, but they would, wouldn't they?
